Hainan Airlines announced on December 14 that the carrier and other investors plan to inject more capital into Lucky Air, increasing the LCC’s registered capital from RMB 17669 million (USD 247 million) to RMB 3496 million (USD 489 million). Following the capital injection, shareholding in Lucky Air will be as follows: Hainan Airlines (50.05%, down from 86.68%), Yunnan Province State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (6.73%, down from 13.32%), Yunnan Province State-owned Capital Operation Co (6.59%), Yunnan Peng Xia Yuan Hao Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (16.49%), Yunnan Lucky Air Investment Co Ltd (20.14%). |
