KKR and an affiliate of KSL Capital Partners will acquire Apple Leisure Group from Bain Capital for an undisclosed sum.

Apple Leisure Group, North America’s top seller of all-inclusive vacation packages, announced that KKR and an affiliate of KSL Capital Partners (KSL) will acquire the company from Bain Capital Private Equity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2017, and is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
